Without taking much of your time, we have an announcement to make. Our new cutoff time is 2 PM CST / 1 PM EST. As long as you order your prints before our cutoff time, they will ship the same day.
This change was made to ensure we have more time to work on your orders and that they go out without any problems. We take pride in having the best prices in the United States, but if anything is more important than our price promise to our customers, it's our quality.
We now have a dedicated team to ensure the quality of the prints is good when they get to you. Perfection is never possible, but we will get as close to it as humanly possible—that's our goal.
For our customers who are concerned about our new cutoff times, we do have a solution. We now offer a 2-hour cutoff extension for $10, which extends your cutoff time to 4 PM CST / 3 PM EST. Unfortunately, this is a paid option, but it is completely optional. Our goal with this option is to provide a solution for customers who really need their prints by tomorrow. If you cannot afford the $10 cutoff extension, please let us know, and we will offer it free for you once.
